It started on 20 March, to the hour with the start of spring, in quiet project work. 42 days later it went public — on 1 May, Labour Day. Not a pretty date, but the argument: work changes when inspiring intelligence joins in. 42 days of preparation, 42 tools. We did not pick that number.
